THE CURE IS THE CAUSE!

Understanding this is of the utmost of importance. This is the problem. The same laws of economics that helped produce all the great wonders of this world now prevent the majority of us from obtaining them. The problem is this. We still follow laws of economics designed to solve problems of a limited supply even though that supply is no longer limited. These laws though once a necessity no longer should be used. This is because of the results that using them causes. Results such as hunger amidst an abundance of food. When we get results such as this. It should be easy to see why we should stop using them. They are restrictive laws that only allow some to have and have more, by causing others to have less or even not at all. So, while it is true that in America, any individual or group can become richer. What is also true is that this cannot be done without another group or individual becoming poorer.

THE CURE IS THE CAUSE!

Mathematics leaves no room for compromise. In a fixed economy, the only way for someone to have more is by causing others to have less. To illustrate this point, let's take a look at the game called musical chairs. Music is played and when the music stops each player attempts to sit down. The one player who cannot sit down because there is no chair to sit on is out.

Now imagine that each chair has a dollar on it and you could grab as many dollars as you can as you circled the chairs before the music stopped. How many dollars do you think you would get if you were a bit slower than the rest of the players? Does that have anything to do with a willingness to work? That is to circle the chairs! Nor does it matter if there are 9 chairs with one dollar each on them for 10 players or 99 chairs with one dollar each on them for 100 players. Thus it should be easy to see that when you limit someone must be left out.

It would be a wonderful thing if the solution was as simple as adding more dollars to the chairs. But it is not. We can put $2 on each chair. However, the minute someone gets $4.00, or two people get $3.00, we again have people with $0.00. Neither is the solution a simple matter of limiting the amount a person may obtain. Whether it is natural or nurtured. Some people are just smarter and stronger than others. Remember limiting leaves out. We should not put a limit on productive people who can run a business better, or invent new products, or find cures for disease. It is not in our best interest to do this. We must never take away a person's motivation and desire to be productive or curtail their creativity. If it is a proven fact that incentive for profit motivates people to be productive, and it is. To bring out the best in all of us, we should not only allow people the freedom to pursue and achieve as much wealth as they so desire. We should also encourage it as well.
